1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using craftUGC's website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Services
craftUGC provides AI-assisted UGC video workflow tools and related support features for business users. Service features, limits, and availability may change over time.
3. Account responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and access control.
- You are responsible for activities that occur under your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate information and update it when necessary.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by:
- Violating applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Submitting unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass service safeguards.
- Using the service to create harmful, deceptive, or abusive outputs.
5. Customer content and rights
You retain rights to your original input content. You grant craftUGC limited rights needed to process, host, and deliver requested services. You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and that you hold required permissions.
6. Pricing, billing, and renewals
Paid plans are billed according to the commercial terms presented at purchase or order form execution. Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
We may revise pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice. Continued use after renewal date constitutes acceptance of updated pricing terms.
7. Third-party services
craftUGC may rely on third-party infrastructure, analytics, or communication providers. We are not responsible for outages or failures solely caused by third-party systems beyond our direct control.
8. Intellectual property
craftUGC, including software, designs, branding, and related materials, remains the property of craftUGC or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred except where explicitly stated.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, craftUGC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, craftUGC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the services.
Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed fees paid by you for the services during the 12 months prior to the claim event.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold craftUGC harmless from claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, legal risk, misuse, or breach of these terms. You may stop using the services at any time, subject to contractual billing commitments.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement. Any disputes shall be resolved in competent courts of the designated jurisdiction in India.
14. Changes to these terms and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective upon publication. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
